JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I have been trying for the last 2 or 3 days.I have a password ***** but still none of my passwords work. for 1 thing i never knew i had so many accts.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I thought i did but eitherrite i didnt write it down or ?
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

I can see you are a first time user to the site. What we do here is either a question and answer type of conversation or remote support where I would actually connect to the computer and have a look and attempt to fix the problem for you.

Remote support can save a lot of time if you are not comfortable performing repairs yourself. Sometimes even with instructions you can make a mistake and make things worse.

For Chrome though, you can still use it, just not sign in. So you can just add a website address at the top and it will then work.
