When I try to order anything from IncrediMail, I can put in all the information, credit card #***** when I hit, order is complete, up comes a screen that says, my order has been blocked, & I won't be charged, I want to know why?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: HP, windows 7, it works fine.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: My computer automaticly installs up dates, maybe there is some I don't know about.
