On Monday we purchased Office 365. We waited for ages for it to be installed but still find that the note about the previous subscription says its expired
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: Very little I'm 73!
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No I just want the program to be fully installed

You can only have one active subscription at a time, so if you bought a new subscription it will need to be activated.

You can do this by signing into your account page at https://www.office.com/myaccount
