i have a problem and I was going to send this to a friend
Are you available I Have a big problem here at the house as you remember it had a big computer 16 on the ram and big processor as well as just shy of 200 on comcast cable for downloads
The problem is that the computer wanted to update yesterday with 16 updates (important) so I clicked install 11 o'clock Monday and this morning it is still saying that it is downloading 0 KB O % complete
Got a fix or do I need you here

Click on Start and type in CMD

In the list, RIGHT CLICK on command prompt and select Run as Administrator

On the black screen, type: sfc /scannow (there is a space between sfc and /scannow) and press enter

Let the scan run and please let me know the result when it is finished

Hold down the power button for 5-10 seconds until the computer powers off. Wait 20 seconds and power it back on again
