I've been fighting this for 2 days. I have a gmail account as does my husband. I can't log into my mail as his pops up in the login section...thanks, ***** *****
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: for 2 days
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not on purpose, have just been looking, getting verification codes via my phone, etc.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I'd just like to get it back like it was..have been a google customer for awhile.

If you are seeing his account at the log-in screen where it says "Choose an Account" -- You can click on Remove then press the X on his account or you can press Add Account below the emails listed.
