I have a gmail account I access from my phone and my computer. But when I go to Google photos on my computer, the page is grayed out and I can't download any of my photos. I don't understand why.

I've decided I don't want this service. I don't want a free trial or pay subscription. I thought the charge would only be one-time fee of $5. I don't want to subscribe to this service. This is an issue that Google should resolve for free.
