I am the person that will be helping you today. May I ask how the printer is connected to your system? (usb, wifi, network, etc)
I look forward to your response.
Let's assume it's via USB. "What" are you not comfortable with?
What are you asking? I am here. Okay, if you don't want the remote connection, just ignore the offer. More often than not, people prefer the remote option. I have remoted into computers scores of thousands of times with no problems.
You can give me your name, if you wish.
Which version of Windows are you using?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the printer?
You shouldn't need the disk to reinstall. If it is plugged in via usb, just unplug the USB cable from the computer after you uninstall it, wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in. When you do that, it should work. Please, do that and update me.
