I am having trouble opening my account, originally***@******.***, though now I use***@******.***. There was a message in the junk folder, purportedly from outlook, about the account perhaps being compromised, or perhaps out if date, though i have been using it daily. What should I do?
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: This just started last evening. When I enter my account and password, nothing happens
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, I haven't. Unfortunately I am not at home on my PC, and I have trouble loading updates on this old Mac
