Hi. trying to find where I would insert a dvd in my Lenovo V 4.1.3.0309
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Lenovo? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Windows 7 Lenovo 2
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No I don't think I have ever used the cd rom
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

Are you referring to the DVD/CD drive in your computer? If yes, please get into Windows, click the Start button and select Computer/ My Computer.

Then, you will see the CD Rom drive over there. Right click on it and select Eject.

If you are not able to find that, please let me know the exact model number of your Laptop.
