I am trying to cancel a subscription to SmartFixer, as they have suggested, but find it impossible to do so. What else casn I do? Do they havbe a telephone number
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Aspire 5741G-3652
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: The annual charge was made to my credit card without my authorization, and I want it refunded. They even have the date wrong, in that they have June 16, and it was not until October i contacted them
