I'm sorry about the issue. Can you please try this first solution:
- Press at the same time the two keys fn and f9 on your laptop computer's keyboard in order to enable / disable the mousepad / touchpad and check.

- Note: The fn key is located near the bottom left of the computer's keyboard, and the f9 key is located near the top of the keyboard.
- If that does not work, please let me know when the last time the mousepad / touchpad was working, and let me know if there was any change or update recently to your computer that may have caused this issue.
