I need to stop receiving emails on my old xfinity account & have them go to my new account***@******.***
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: I am using Century Link.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: Geek squad did some udates a couple of days ago. I returned all Xfinitys equipment on 10-27-16 & told them to colse my account.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

What we can do is setup forwarding on your Xfinity account so you only receive emails on your new Gmail account.
