Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. No, that is a scam. It is a fake popup message. Please do not call that number, and do not follow any instruction int it.

Can you please shut down / restart the computer and check?

Please reply at the box below to continue. Thank you,

Usually, shutting down / restarting the computer would resolve this issue.

- If needed, press and hold the Power on / off button on the computer for about 10 seconds, then turn it back on and check.

- If needed, after the computer is back on, then open the Internet, then when the internet page come up, close it (and/or close all the tabs if shown) right away, then re-open the Internet and check.
