my name is***** ADDRESS: 541 Quinaielt Village Drive Taholah, WA. Two weeks ago a Direct TV technician came and installeld the permanent TV dish in our yard. However when he installed this satellite dish i believe he cut the Hughes internet cable that allowed us to have internet cz ever since he left that day we have NOT had internet. my only desire is that you come and fix this problem. We are way out in rural America and INTERNET IS MY ONLY means of communication. I am using my brothers desktop computer and will only be here for a short time.
JA: Have you done a bandwidth test?
Customer: yoour staff sent me a new modem and it does not light up one light (the blue lights) indicating there is connection somewhere. I dont know ahat a bandwidth test is.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No; i've been happy with my services that were installed from day one from Hughes net.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No - justplease get me a tech who can connect me backd to Hughes net.
