My***@******.*** email account was cancelled due to old debit card information on file. I would like to renew my subscription so I can use my hotmail account againl
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Hotmail account?
Customer: It was cancelled in September, however, I lost my job and home and so I was not able to pay for my subscription. I now have a job and I would like to renew my account.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I have not been in my account since it was cancelled

I did not sign up for this!!!! I thought I was renewing my hotmail account!!!! I want my money refunded immediately!!!!!! This is a rip off and I will deny charges first thing tomorrow morning with my bank!!!!!!
