Hello That was quick -- I lost my Settings, I have tried accessing many different ways. Nothing happens when I click on Settings
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: HP Envy with Win 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I thought updates were set to install automatically but lately I have not seen that it has been updated.

o sorry, you're right - the other icons work, no problem. Just settings, I have tried to get to settings a couple different ways. I also have a problem loading Edge don't know if it is related.

If you are trying to access control panel then you can do it by right clicking on the start menu and then you will get a list of options from that you can get control panel.

In control panel there is a windows update see if you can access windows update using that and let me know

Are you using Microsoft account to login to windows 10?
