i tried to register and it happens some how that i have 3 subscriptions. Don't need 3 as i only have one computer and all 3 say tha it expiry is in 2017, but it will not accept any of the license code. WHY?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: HP computer and i have windows 10
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: my computer keeps FREEZING when i go into email and click on a program.
