I have an sbcglobal email and no mail has appeared in my account after 10/23/16. I always receive mail daily. What is stopping it?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using for this account?
Customer: I have Direct TV / AT&T
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I believe the updates are completed automatically. I did install a map program for directions.
