I'm sorry about the issue. You can open the Norton program on your Toshiba computer in order to check if it's working fine on your computer. If you do not have Norton on your Toshiba computer, then you can sign in your Norton account at the Norton website below, then download / install Norton there:
- You can open the Norton app on your Samsung tablet in order to check if it's working fine. If Norton is not working on your Samsung tablet, then you can open Play Store app icon on your tablet, then type / search for norton and install Norton.
- You can also download / install Norton at the above website for your tablet also.
