Hello! Thank you for contacting JustAnswer.com; I am Russell H., an Expert here at JustAnswer.com, and I will do what I can to answer your question as well as it can

be answered.

Such a problem may happen owing to an update not being done recently, in certain models of Kindle tablets.

The question then is:

- When were they last updated?

- and, What model(s) is/are they?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I know it is a fire I think it is 7
Expert:  Russell H. replied 1 month ago.

Kindle Fire 7 ?

When were they last updated?

And, How old are the two Fire tablets that won't turn On, please ?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
One is a year old
One is longer
Expert:  Russell H. replied 1 month ago.

Good! the one that is only a year old, if it were within one year from purchase date, may be covered by warranty and if so would be fixed for free by Amazon.com upon applying to them.

But there's still the other one, yes.

When were they last updated?
