I tried to reset my password, and it says it does not recognize my account
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I called and they said it could only be done online
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I changed my password ***** week because I was being hacked.

Customer: My address is the same I've always had, so I don't know why they wouldn't recognize it. However, the same thing happened before when I was trying to reset.
