Help!!! short cut to incoming email says I have to log in. I don't. I never do/have. I have a Vet apt. tomorrow - I don't know what time because I can't see the email they sent telling me what time. JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you? Customer: I don't want a password. I expect to click on short cut and have it appear. JA: Have you installed any updates recently? Customer: cell phone (**********) used to install cable card in TIVO Romio. JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you? Customer: How to fix this right now would be helpful. I'm mid- 70's and think electric ice maker is nifty and new.

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?Can you please confirm your email address?
