I don't like Google-one password ***** all. It doesn't help me....only adds to my confusion! Can I go back ?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: yesterday. last week, last month.....
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I think I did a few weeks ago, but when I tried last week, it informed me 'no new updates'!
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
