Somewhere around Oct 15 I was hacked by the Trojan virus, supposedly from Russia. The hacker said it was from Microsoft. I called Microsoft directly and they verified that I had the virus. It took several hours for two days to clear my computer. Could that why my usage has been high? You have been sending me messages that my usage is approaching the limit, but I don't know what to do about it. My account number is###-##-####00001. Please help me.
