Customer: no this has been an ongoing problem for about a month Just decide to try to resolve

no, it hasn't. It's an all in one machine so no it hasn't been moved

Turn it On again, and immediately press F2, and try to get into the SETUP, and run the Disk Diagnostics. Let me know what result that has.

I suspect that your hard disk has failed.

I hope that you did not have data on it that has no backup.

You might need to take this to a shop to have it looked at, repaired, or the hard disk replaced. (If it comes to that last, expect a considerable charge for reinstalling Windows - unless you have Windows install media, or Restore CDs, in which case, you could try those first, before taking it to a shop, once you have made sure that using a Restore CD to reinstall Windows would not wipe out data that you would rather not lose.)
