I cannot get my email to recive in Outlook 2003
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: It wiorked before, but when I forgot my password ***** had to change it, now I can't get it to accept login
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: the following is the error I get

Customer: Yes, I installed updates but this was before the password ***** and it worked fine
