i can't seem to get the usb to work....trying to download my Itunes to flashdrive and photos from cellphone to computer, but nothing.
JA: What's the make and model of your computer? Have you had problems with the USB port in the past?
Customer: Not sure of where to get info you ask...is it NV55C? no, first time to have usb problem.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: no....don't use computer everyday....traveling a lot.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
