For Online Computer Support, Ask a Computer Technician
Hello,I am the person that will be helping you today.
To which contact list are you referring? Is it your Windows' Contact list, an email contact list, or something else?
I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.
Are you still able to log into your account?
So, the missing email contact list was on MSN server or was it on your computer locally?
On which website did you have them stored? When you logged in, did you go to Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, or Live.com?
Which website do you go to? Is it msn.com or hotmail.com?
Are all of your emails still there?
In that case, do the following:- Click this link: http://people.live.com/
- Log in, if need be.
- On the Contacts page, go to Manage and choose Restore deleted contacts- Click on Restore next to the contact that you want to be restored or click Restore all if you want all the deleted contacts to be restored.Did that help?
Thank you. Can you do that now?
Thank you. I will be here standing by.
