Since when did the boot problem started?

Unplug the ac adapter if connected and make sure there is nothing connected on the usb ports.
Try to remove the battery of the laptop if this model has a detachable battery. let me know once done i will give you further steps.
no problem now while the ac adapter is out push and hold down the power button for 45 seconds and then release the button.

That is strange it must display lenovo and if its not then there is a problem with the computer and we cannot blame the operating system.
Power off and wait for 30 seconds power it back on and try to get into the bios by pressing F2 or F10 whichever display comes up.

Select reset this pc and click on get started button then you will get the option keep all my files and reset chose that.

press ctr alt and delete keys together you will see a blue screen and at the bottom right you will see the power button icon. let me know.
push and release the power button it will start the shutdown process once done wait for 1 min and turn it back on.
wait for some time the screen will pop up try moving the mouse the cursor should move.
select the reset option and reset the pc while keeping all files.
now it should boot up good.
try resetting the microsoft password ***** we can give it a try tomorrow.
