JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: dell inspiron 1200
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes just did. spent 49.95 for it but it didnt put that icon on here

YOu should see your Disc Drive Icon in your MY COMPUTER folder.

If you would like to have that on your Desktop.....you have to create a shortcut.
