To confirm, do you want to change the background picture that you see on your desktop, or the logon screen?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
I want to undo the picture that was just saved as background and to revert back to the way my desktop was
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
If I didn't answer clearly, my desktop should only have the icons shown/ no picture.
Expert:  IT Miro replied 1 month ago.

Are you referring to a solid color background, for example the white or blue background?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
It was a black background with colored icons representing the programs and files...

Thanks for explaining! Yes, there is a way to get back to that condition. I will now provide the instructions for you.

Expert:  IT Miro replied 1 month ago.

Here are the instructions:

1. Right-click on empty space on your desktop and select Personalize
2. A new window will appear. In the middle of the screen, under "Background", click on the drop-down menu that says "Picture" or "Slideshow" and then choose "Solid color"

3. Now select the black color below and that's it. You can close the Personalization window
