OK. When was the last time you made a payment to Skype?
I suggest checking the purchase history under your Skype account to see if the last payment was processed successfully. To do that, start Skype on your Windows computer and then click on Skype (in the upper left corner) and then My account. A Skype web page with your account will open. There scroll down to the bottom and click on Purchase history under the "Billing and payments" section.
Check all the recent transactions.
