Warranty of computer components are usually implied at the time of purchase.
There are 2 types of warranties being awarded today.
The most obvious and the warranty that comes with almost ALL new computer components is called the MANUFACTURER Warranty.
The second warranty is from the person or company you purchased the computer component from , and in your case it was Canada Computers.
ZNow, the manufacturer will normally haver a 90 day up to 1 year warranty......and that is probably the only warranty you will get on this hard drives.
But, give me a few minutes to cross check and verify.
I need a few serial numbers off of the hard drives to be able to cross check the warranty.
I understand you purchased Forty Eight of them.....and since you purchased all at the same time, the warranty will be the same for all of them.....but i just need a couple serial numbers so i can check the status.
Look on the drives, and look for Serial Numbers, which might look like this
S/N xxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxx
SN xxx xxx xxx xxx

Good News......still under warranty until 2018

In order to get it replaced, you have to use the RMA process through Western Digital.
From here on out, you have to do the process on your own, as i CON NOT do this on yoru Behalf, because you have to create an account on Western digital Support Portal, and then follow the RMA process.
Now I can help you if you get stuck, or if you have a question......but i cant DO IT FOR YOU.
So, visit the WD support portal, and login.
If you dont have an account on that site......Register for an account.
Heres the website you need to go to.
All the hard drives that have failed on you, you can RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) all of them.
Those drives had a 2 year warranty.
Thats about as far as we can go.......up to you to do the RMA now.
