Flip it upside down you will see a barcoded sticker with has service tag # give me that.

unplug the ac adapter and flip it upside down you will see a memory bay and hard drive bay you would need a screw drive to open the bottom.
did you remove the battery?
send me a picture of the full back panel.
this it the memory bay and not the harddrive.
Its located at the top right side secured with a screw unscrew it and you can slide it out you have to pull it.

Hard disk not found error means the hard drive is not recognized in the bios that means the hdd is bad it needs to be replaced.
Once you get a new hdd or if you have a spare one to test we can get it working after we install the Windows operating system on it.
Try to run the diagnostic after removing the hdd.
when you inserted the hdd back on position and found the volume 0 that means its not recognizing the drive just to make sure the drive is not dead go into the bios and check if the hdd is listed in there or not.
