JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: I did and got a foreign speeking guy who told me I have been hacked and he can solve the problem for $400

A couple of things here. First, you didnt give that man your info did you? Anything at all? Allow him access

to your computer etc? Passwords etc? THAT IS A SCAM....we have to secure everything before you emails

if he was granted any pay info, passwords, access to your pc etc.

In order to help you, I need to know what operating system you have on your device. Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8.1, 10, or do you have a Mac?

What does your email end in? @gmail, outlook, yahoo, etc?
