Sorry, I need info for my Envy 23 COMPUTER. My D:\ recovery

Customer Question

Sorry, I need info for my Envy 23 COMPUTER. My D:\ recovery drive is almost full and slows down my computer. I think all my pictures are stored on the recovery drive, but I have the pictures already saved on an external hard drive. Can I delete the pictures on D:\, and how do I do that?
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: The printer is fine, it's an HP Envy 120.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP Envy 23 PC
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: The problem has been about two weeks.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can you connect me with someone who knows how to delete pictures files from my Envy 23 Computer in D:\ Recovery?

My apologies for the delay. Are your pictures stored in a folder on the D drive? If so all you need to do is right click on the folder and select delete.
