I just lost all of my email contacts. How do I get them back?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: I have Yahoo and I have been told the it is out of date and I can't get into any thing on windows 10 and my phone.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?

  1. Click the Contacts icon
  2. Click Actions | select Restore from backup.
  3. Select a date to restore your contacts to from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Restore.
