I have very bad broadband connection so bad that I cant access match.com on my laptop. I have to go outside & try and access it on my iPhone 6s. Even then I'm lucky to be able to connect to their website. So what I would like to do is delete my photos off the site using my iPhone 6 s. Thank you.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your laptop, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: My laptop is a HP Pavilion. I have a wireless broadband with sky.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I have on my phone, not on my laptop, I wouldn't know where to find them.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: how much is this going to cost me?

OKay, so you are using SKY Broadband Internet service......and the speed of the internet is SLOW in your opinion.

DO you know what service plan you pay for?

I mean.....what is your speed of service?

Normally this will be shown in MB/sec.

For example, my internet service plan is 15MB/sec with unlimited download/upload.

I did a broadband check & it said I had a download speed of 16.1 Mb per second & the average for my area is 24.07 Mb per second. Can I just ask something before we go any further I was told I would need to pay $5 initially but my card has just given you £30. I don't understand?
