I need to set my computer back 2 days to get into my main downloads
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: its a dell DIIM I am using Windows 8.1 wouldn't mind going back to windows 7
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: not really, I cannot afford to lose any thing as I am restoring a car and all my orders are saved

  1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
    (If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)
  2. Enter Control Panel in the search box, and tap or click Control Panel.
  3. Enter Recovery in the Control Panel search box, and then tap or click Recovery.
  4. Tap or click Open System Restore, and then follow the instructions.
