Since last friday, we cannot use Skype like we do everyday. Its a great prejudice for our business. Jessica S told me at the chat window friday that it was not due to a payment issue, but to a technical problem you are tring to fix . She did not know how long it would be , maximum 24 hours!

Customer: we have several computers all windows 7 pro.
