When you went to that page, and put your email for your paypal in; did it send an email with a reset
code to your email attached to your paypal account?
I have another way in, depending on what you mean by 'its not letting me in'.
Does it tell you that your email is not recognized? Password?
What exactly is it 'not letting you in'.
I need to determine if it is an account issue or something with your device not allowing you
to change it?
