We cannot get into our PayPal account because it was set up in 2012 by a person no longer associated with us so we don't know what phone numbers were used. There is $350 sitting there that we can't access.
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes, I talked to someone at PayPal and she couldn't help me. We are trying to locate the person who set it up but so far haven't had any luck.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No. I did receive money in May and had no problem accessing our account.
