My pen is stuck in my note 5!! Help!
The note 3 I was able to remove the back and get it out but this one I can't.
Tried tweezers. Didn't work. The spring loaded thing doesn't appear to be working.
I have bb warranty but they will want to send it on and I'll be without a phone.

What's the serial number of your note?

Not sure how to find it. Don't see it in the 'about' section. What does that tell you? Are different serial #'s more accessible?

The serial number will be on the back of the device under the battery. The serial gives me the exact make and model.

The note 5 doesn't allow me to open the case or get to the batteryLaughing. Lots of things they did with the Note 5 that they changed in 7.

Like no SD slot in 5, they put it back in 7. DUH. How dumb was that. It made me have to purchase the 64 gig one! And I'm still about to run out of room. And the no battery access.

Is there another way to find out?

It seems to be a hardware issue to be honest and rather waste your time you should take it to a Samsung store.
