My Ultrabook screen is going black when I plug the computer in. Is it as simple as getting a new plug or is something else wrong? tThis just started.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Ultrabook, Core I5, Ideapad

Customer: I don't think so. I'm OLD and I forget things. :)
