Hi Pearl, I have a lenovo idea pad 110 purchased on 09/03/2016 from BestBuy and now the touch pad has quit working completely. Can you help me please. I just plugged in a USB mouse so I could contact you while using the device.

Hi there and welcome

can you please disconnect the power cable and then hold the power button down for 60 seconds then release.

Then connect the power cable, power it on and tell me if the touch pad is now working please.
