Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.
On your login screen if you click Sign in Options and click the icon that is not a keypad you'll be prompted for your password.
Are you not getting in with that either?
Thank you. When your user account was first set up was an email address used as a Microsoft account?
Let me know if you don't recall. There's a way to check that.
Disregard any pop-ups, they're system-generated and I can't control them.
Thanks. Let me check something. One moment please.
Thank you. Does your phone number still end in 67 and are you able to receive text messages?
If so, I'll need the last 4 numbers.
Are you receiving email at***@******.*** right now on your phone or another device.
I can have a password ***** code for the computer sent there?
Thank you. I'm having an email sent to that address containing a 7 digit password ***** code in the
body of the email. Please send me that code as soon as you receive it. Please don't enter it into the computer.
Thank you. Please stand by.
The password ***** was successful according to Microsoft. The new password ***** log in to the computer is: 87alpha88
But there's a new wrinkle. When I try to verify the password ***** get this from Microsoft (see attachment)
On your laptop, click the Power icon in the lower right corner (far right) and restart the computer.
When it comes back the login screen, verify it has an internet connection by opening
the wi-fi/network icon in the lower right corner of the screen (the leftmost of the 3 icons)
and try the new password. I don't know if these Microsoft issues will prevent your logging in.
I was just able to verify that the new password ***** *****
OK. Thanks for the update.
Any success with that?
That's great to hear. Please take a moment before leaving to rate the service using the

It would be much appreciated.
