The password ***** was successful according to Microsoft. The new password ***** log in to the computer is: 87alpha88
But there's a new wrinkle. When I try to verify the password ***** get this from Microsoft (see attachment)
On your laptop, click the Power icon in the lower right corner (far right) and restart the computer.
When it comes back the login screen, verify it has an internet connection by opening
the wi-fi/network icon in the lower right corner of the screen (the leftmost of the 3 icons)
and try the new password. I don't know if these Microsoft issues will prevent your logging in.
