I have a Toshiba lap top that I purchased from you guys in Oct. 2015 and I also have Webroot secure #00859-284687668 and I have a geek squad program with you also.
I cannot get the mouse arrow to show up on my screen so I am unable to do anything on the computer right now and I am sending this from my business lap top.
Can you walk me through how to get my lap top mouse back up and running.

Just to clarify you are able to login to windows desktop screen with icons and all but the mouse cursor is not showing or after you login to windows the screen goes blank ?
