when I try a restart it will not finish rebooting. I always have to hold the power button down to get it to shut down, then hold it again to restart
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: ultrabook laptop, yoga
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: just yesterday
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i updated everything yesterday, that's when the problem of the restart was noticed
