i can't sign in on my gmail account,CAN'T REMEMBER MY PASSWORD ***** WANT TO ENTER A NEW ONE. I CAN'T FND OPTION TO DO THIS AND I CANT GET A CODE BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN EMAIL THAT I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO AND WANT TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS.

Customer: FOR 1 WEEK I MOVED
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: NO

Gmail doesnt work that way. You may have to go through full recovery. it is a free service, they

do not have people that sit in an office and monitor requests. Getting into your gmail will depend on

what back up methods you have in place already.

Or if you are on a computer that you logged in with gmail successfully before? You may have a small

option of finding the old password ***** you stored and set up your security in that manner.
