What type of mouse is it, wireless, USB?

Have you tried another mouse?

Expert:  Martin replied 2 months ago.

Yes you're speaking to the same person

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Its wireless. And no, I haven't tried another one because we don't have one. I wondered if I should check the batteries or just get a new mouse.
Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Ok :)
Expert:  Martin replied 2 months ago.

It is most probably the batteries, you shouldn't need to get a new one.

See you can replace those first and give it another try.

If it doesn't do the job then it may be time for a new mouse.
